Thanks for providing this great resource. I find that a schedule is HUGELY important when it comes to exercising regularly! 

I also use my notes section of my phone, and I sometimes take a screenshot of the schedule once I&#039;ve finished writing it- I can then even set it as a homescreen so I am constantly &#039;in tune&#039; with my regime.
